요약
본 실험은 비누 제조 시 일어나는 반응인 비누화 반응에 대해 숙지한 뒤 이러한 이론적 반응에 대한 실험을 통하여 비누를 직접 제조해보고 수율을 확인해보는 것에 중점을 두었다. 비누의 제조는 유지 24.07 g과 메탄올 20 ml를 혼합한 용액에 NaOH 10 g을 증류수 30 ml에 녹여 가하고 교반․가열을 약 80℃, 1시간 동안 진행하였다. 가열 중 증발에 의한 용액의 감소를 보충하기 위해 증류수와 메탄올 1:1 혼합용액을 넣어주었다. 반응 종결 후 NaCl 100 g을 증류수 300 ml에 녹여 반응된 용액에 넣고 잘 섞은 후 흡인여과장치로 석출된 비누와 용액을 분리하고 열 건조 시켰다. 건조후의 질량은 27.59 g이었고, 사용된 유지의 지방산을 팔미트산으로 가정하여 수율을 계산한 결과 수율은 110.8%였다.
Abstract
In this study, soap factory saponification takes place after read all about the reaction of these theoretical experiments for direct manufacturing of soap to try to see for yourself what is focused on yield. The manufacture of soap, maintaining a mixture of 24.07 g and 20 ml methanol solution of NaOH 10 g dissolved in 30 ml distilled water and stirring is added.
