Nursing staff changed the dressing this morning, and the dressing is currently clean, dry, and intact.<br \/>\nPatient has complained of fatigue with physiotherapy and does not tolerate changes in position without dizziness. Full blood count this morning identified haemoglobin of 69 g\/L. Blood has been taken for cross match, group and hold. Blood type is O positive. 2 units of packed red blood cells has been ordered.
