MCF-7 Cells (cultured in 35㎜ dish), DPBS, fixation solution (Methanol : Acetic acid = 7:1), 0.2% crystal violet solution, D.W, micropipette, tip, beaker, 70% ethanol, tissue
6. Methods
① 실험테이블 70% 에탄올 소독 등 준비 후, 37℃ CO2 incubator에서 dish를 꺼내온다.
② Pipette을 이용해 RPMI media를 제거하고, DPBS로 1㎖씩 두 번 rinse (wash)해준다.
③ 준비된 fixation solution 200㎕을 분주한 후, 골고루 퍼질 수 있게 부드럽게 흔든다.
