    A thesis submission system called dCollection enables the submitter to register the thesis’s original text and other relevant information. It is a standardized data system that can handle and integrate data that is dispersed among different kinds of organizations. The most useful feature of the recently redesigned system is that it automatically pulls meta information when registering the thesis’s original content, reducing the amount of user data input and maximizing ease. Additionally, the user interface (UI) of the system has been enhanced, and the primary function of “submitting degree thesis” now includes a user convenience function. This system’s goals are to gather, organize, and evaluate institutional (university) researchers and their findings. It links to UREKA, a system that analyzes research performance trends of institutions, and allows search and inquiry of research outcomes generated through submitted theses.
