Finger Band
Method
① 치료사는 클라이언트의 Rt.(Lt.)손가락에 Finger band를 끼운다.
② 치료사는 Finger extension 시범을 보인다.
③ 환자는 시범을 따라 운동을 실시한다.
③ 3번을 반복한다.
Grading
① 반복횟수 조절
② 밴드 색상 교체(강도)
