A형간염바이러스에 대한 과거 감염 및 면역상태를 나타낸다.
– chest PA
chest: There are no evidence of active lung lesions and abnormal mass lesions. in the both lung fields. The heart is normal in shape and size. the mediastinum is normal without widening
흉부: 활성 폐 병변과 비정상적인 질량 병변의 증거는 없습니다. 두 폐에 심장은 모양과 크기가 정상입니다. 종격은 넓어지지 않고 평범하다.

– abdomen 3D CT + Contrast
Reading: abdominopelvic CT scan with contrast enhancement: Clinical Hx: Fever. no RUQ pain
AST/ALT 1652/741, T.bil 1.2 collapsed GB state
R/O the sequale of chronic cholecystitis. Tiny Lt. rental cyst.

There is no abnormal density or enhancing lesion in liver.
spleen, and pancreas are not remarkable
There is no ascites others, unremarkable.
