The purpose of this class, ” polymer material design”, is the design of the first or second order structures and aggregate properties of polymeric materials. We designed the primary structure of a polymer using a program called “Materials studio” (MS) of accelrys. The polymer we have chosen is Poly Vinyl acetate. We designed three Poly Vinyl acetates with different loading numbers of 10, 15, and 20. When the temperature and pressure were changed, the change of C value was confirmed, and the polymer designed by the correlation of primary structure and secondary structure was analyzed. The C value is related to the flexibility and chain size of the polymer. When a chain is ideal, C value has a value of 1. However, the size of polymer chain depends on the external environment. As the size increases, approaches . If is large, the polymer has rigid physical properties. If is small, the polymer has flexible properties.
