check brachial pulse for no longer than 10 seconds 10 초 이상 상완 맥박 확인 X
single rescuer > 도움 요청 > activate the emergency response system (eg, 의료 환경 밖 mobile device call emergency)
> 2 min of CPR at a rate of at least 100 compressions/min 최소 100 회 약 2 분간 CPR
흉부압박 > depth equal to one-third 1/3 깊이 chest’s anterior-posterior diameter (ie, ~1.5 in [4 cm])
two fingers or two thumbs 두 엄지 on the sternum just below 바로 아래 nipple 사용해서 압박
allow for recoil between compressions
