Sx > shakiness=tremors 떨림, weakness, palpitations, sweating, pallor, altered mental status, irritability,
빈맥, drowsiness 졸음, hunger
증상 나타나면 capillary blood glucose (BG) level check > BG level of <70 mg/dL (3.9 mmol/L) > 치료 필요
conscious 의식 있을 때 > 15 g of a quick-acting carbohydrate 속효성 탄수화물 > 치료 후 15 분 마다 BG level 확인
somnolent 졸거나, unconscious, seizing, unable to swallow 삼킬 수 없는 경우 > Glucagon IM
– Quick-acting carbohydrate > 초기 제공
