1. Osteogenesis imperfecta (OI) 골 형성 부전증 (brittle bone disease 취약성 골절)
조골세포에 의한 impaired synthesis of collagen 를 초래하는 유전적 상태 (autosomal 상염색체 dominant inheritance)
Collagen > 손상 시 뼈가 약해지고 쉽게 골절됨
우선 순위 > 추가적인 골절을 최소화하기 위해 careful handling
