– 두개내압 상승하는 vital sign: increasing temperature, decreasing pulse, decreasing respirations, increasing blood pressure
– 증상: 지속적 두통, 정신 상태 감소, 갑작스러운 구토
– atrial fibrillation 심방 세동 시 두개 내압 증가 확률 높음
– prevent elevations in cranial pressure observe: exhaling during repositioning

① head midline
② neck in neutral position
③ head of bed elevated 30~45도
