The alarm goes off, and I start my day. I quietly slip out of bed and head to the kitchen to prepare breakfast. I make sure there’s a nutritious meal ready for the kids.
7:00 AM
It’s time to wake up the kids. I gently rouse them from their sleep, encouraging them to get ready for the day. We sit down together for breakfast, chatting about their plans and what they’re looking forward to at school.
