Takoyaki is one of my favorite Japanese foods. These are delicious and soft octopus balls that make for a perfect snack or appetizer.
Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
2 cups dashi (Japanese soup stock)
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup chopped cooked octopus
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup pickled ginger, chopped
