2. Object : Budding yeast의 tetrad를 dissection해 관찰 한 뒤 crossover 빈도 측정을 통해 gene 사이의 거리를 확인할 수 있다.

3. Introduction
Tetrad dissection
Yeast의 유전 정보를 확인하는 실험 중 하나로, sporulating yeast의 tetrad를 분리하여 각각의 cell을 분리시켜서 배양하는 것을 의미한다. 이떄 tetrad중 2개의 cell은 a type이고 2개의 cell은 p type이며, sporulation된 yeast의 유전 정보와 sporulation된 cell과 비교하면 mutation이나 crossover을 관찰할 수 있다.
