1. past history
환자정보: 김00 49/M
2024년 1월 S/D (slip down) 이후 Lt. tibia Fx 소견하에 ‘open reduction of fracture with internal fixation with screw, tibia and fibula’ OP 본원 OS에서 하였다. 현재 Infection of screw site and fx site 소견으로 24년 5월 8일 입원함. 1998년 DM, 2013년 HTN, 2015년 CKD 진단받아 HD 중인 분으로 월,수,금 본원 인공신장실에서 혈액투석 진행한다. 2015년 복막투석 도관 삽입후 1년 뒤 제거술 시행하였으며 2016년 3월 Lt AVG 삽입 후 2017년 2월 Lt. AVG stenosis로 PTA 시술하였다. 2023년 Lt. AVG malfunction으로 Rt. AVG 삽관하였으며 현재 Rt. AVG로 HD 중이다.

주호소: Lt. leg pain
▶ Lt. tibia infection site Dx qid 시행중. 2주정도 anti( trison, vanco) 사용 예정
